Repost entry
A few days ago, around last week, on Monday, an English speaker came to our school to give a speak (very helpful speak to every students). His name, Sir Jeffrey Ilhan from MELTA.
He's awesome! Currently I don't want to tell much about him but I want to share a few websites that might be helpful to you- if you really want to improve you English in four aspects:-
1) communication (speaking skills)
2) listening skills
3) writing
4) reading
First website: http://www.ielts-exam.net/
IELTS - The International English Language Testing System
What is IELTS?
IELTS, the International English Language Testing System, is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work where English is the language of communication.
Note: This website is NOT the same or connected or associated with any of the IELTS Test Partners. If you want to prepare yourself for IELTS exam, you are in the right place! But if you are looking for information about registering for the IELTS, test dates or test fees, visit the official IELTS website, www.ielts.org.
Second website: http://dictionary.reference.com/
Dictionary. com is very helpful and add the English vocabulary that we do not know. Example: rendezvous or chaos. have you ever know how to pronounce them well even though you know what that words mean, right?
That's it. its very very very (very kuasa tiga) useful, helfpful, priceless, of course its free. You can type as mush as you want to learn,
And there's another one but truthful, I don't know where did I put them in. Sorry and I hope that these websites can help you to improvise.
REMEMBER! start from now, please. In the future, the Ministry of Education might want that every students in Malaysia have to excel in English (very important) or they can't get their school leaving certificate when they are in form five.
It's true :) Good luck guys and do keep learning, you can do it :)
Much love from me, qalamnur.
